Our products are shipped USPS to the USA ONLY. We strive to ship within 2 business days within payment receipt.
As you'll see in my listings a shipping fee is charged. I love free shipping as much as the next guy but I'm just a one person granny trying to empty her sewing room of items. Every item costs me to ship. The time, the paper, the bubble wrap, the envelopes, the gas to go to the post office. So with all of that for every sale I just can't afford not to charge shipping. Oh, sure, I could just add it to the price and call it free shipping but then that calls for a kettle of worms if a refund/return is requested. So until I'm a millionaire over a few times I'm so very sorry to say a shipping fee is charged. Now I haven't researched enough to see what happens when a buyer wants 3 or 4 items, in the jewelry or a few of the other categories, but somewhere there should be a break of some sort and you'll get one when I figure it out. Quilts are shipped by themselves 1 to a box so that shipping will remain the same.

Return: Buyer pays return shipping fee.
Refund: Request an refund via email (gemsbyqbj@protonmail.com). Ship the item back and make sure that it's packaged well against the elements. The item will be inspected and if it is clean, unwashed and unused a refund minus the original shipping fee will be applied to the PayPal account from which it was received. If the item is found to be dirty, have been washed, used or smells of odors, such as animal odors or especially cigarette/cigar/smoke a $25.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the amount paid for the product.

If the item is broken or damaged it must be taken up with USPS because it was in perfect condition when I put it in the padded envelope and shipped it.
